immediate, practical needs. The Caring Closet, located at 300 Crooks St, is a shared resource

Day Treatment provides group, individual and family therapy to youth ages 7-18 with varying mental health diagnosis and needs. Day Treatment utilizes a trauma-informed care approach that allows clients a safe space to process their thoughts/feelings while also focusing on behavior management. Day Treatment works closely with each client’s family, school and other providers to develop treatment plans and supports the client as they set goals for their success.

The Healthy Families Program is a nationally accredited home visitation program designed to support, encourage and assist families with their newborn babies.

Our Place is a residential facility that works with adults who have mental or emotional disorders and are unable to live independently. Staff work with clients on goals designed to encourage independent living skills while reducing or stabilizing psychiatric symptoms. These goals can include improving transportation skills, work and education skills, community integration and socialization, and money management. Staff also provide clients with information on additional community resources, services, and programs available to them.

Family Services Residential Program is a child and adolescent treatment center. The program provides comprehensive treatment services to children and adolescents who are demonstrating significant emotional, behavioral and academic problems. The SELF program is a community-based program for children and families. We have programming in Brown and Outagamie County. We specialize in serving the complex, hard to reach and disconnected children, adults and families who are experiencing challenges and roadblocks within their environment.
