Experience:

I have had the incredible opportunity to work with: high-risk youth, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have provided therapy both individually and in groups in a variety of settings including: day-treatment, elementary through high school, college, and outpatient. I have found a home in outpatient therapy where I am able to reach a diverse group of clients.

Specialties:

I regularly counsel clients who are struggling with emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues from age 13 through adulthood. The people I help are challenged by anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, troubled relationships, separation, and divorce, family conflict, grief and loss, sexual abuse, trauma, gender and identity concerns, intimacy problems, stress management and social isolation. My clients have described me as energetic, unique, empathetic and genuine. There is never a one-size-fits-all treatment strategy. Each person, as well as couples, deserve individualized therapy that is tailored to their specific needs. I have an integrative and eclectic approach, which often uses: Person Centered, Positive Strength Based, Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused, Mindfulness and Creative Therapy. I also have been trained in Internal Family Systems and completed the 10 core competencies of Trauma, PTSD, Grief and Loss, Mindfulness and Yoga. I encourage new clients to call me if they have particular issues or questions about therapy at (920) 739-4226 ext. 112.
