Talk to Someone You Trust

A friend…a family member…a coach…a mentor. Anyone in your life who you trust. If you’re not feeling like yourself, talking to someone you trust could make all the difference.

Feeling a connection with another person or trusted group of people can provide an important outlet for managing your stress loads. Talking through what you are thinking and feeling may also help you realize if something more serious is taking root. And if that’s the case, you’ll be more likely to have someone there to support you as you seek further help and guidance from a trained professional.

It’s okay to talk about not feeling okay. And it’s okay to get help to feel like your best self again. You and your mental wellbeing are vital – to yourself, your family, your loved ones, your colleagues and our community. Help is available if you need it.

If talking to a trained professional is something you’d like to explore, please check out the resources below.
