To make a donation by check, please print and fill out the Willow Tree pledge card and mail to the address below. All checks should be made payable to Willow Tree Cornerstone Child Advocacy Center. If you would like to direct your donation to a specific program or service, please make a note in the memo.

Call 920-436-4360 ext. 1281 to charge a gift to your credit card. Outside normal business hours, leave a message at this number and we’ll return your call.
For stock held in brokerage accounts, your financial advisor or trust officer can assist you in making a gift of stock to Willow Tree via a direct transfer to Family Services. It is also helpful for Family Services to be notified of intended transfers and eventual use of funds that you would like directed to Willow Tree.
