Thank you to all who supported Dancing for Little Stars 2016!
Nearly 400 guests joined us at Dancing for Little Stars held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at the Oshkosh Convention Center. Hosted by Parent Connection, the event is held in honor of Child Abuse Prevention Month each April, with all proceeds supporting the program’s early childhood education services.
Guests enjoyed hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction and raffles. A brief program featured the work and mission of Parent Connection and honored community member, Stacey Otto, and the Oshkosh YMCA for their contributions to improving the lives of children and families in the Oshkosh area. Click here to read their complete bios, as presented at the event.

The highlight of the evening was the 9th and final "Dancing for Little Stars" competition, in which nine groups and pairs of ‘local celebrities’ danced to raise money and awareness for child abuse prevention. Our dancers entertained the crowd with performances ranging from country and tap to pop and techno. See our 2016 event guide to read more about all of our amazing dancers!
With the generous support of our dancers, sponsors, donors and guests, Dancing for Little Stars 2016 raised proceeds of $42,225 for child abuse prevention programs in the Oshkosh area. A special thank you to all who attended and/or supported the event!
