Day Report Center

Family Services' Day Report Center works in conjunction with Outagamie County, serving as an alternative to incarceration for non-violent adult offenders.


The program consists of three main components:

  • Offender assessment and case management

  • Day reporting and community monitoring

  • Rehabilitation skill building and support services


The purpose of the Day Report Center is to help offenders successfully complete their obligation to the court. Program features include:

  • Regular offender check-in

  • Community check-in: home, school, and job

  • AODA assessment/screening services

  • Crisis response/intervention

  • Vocational coaching and training

  • Employment services

  • Educational support

  • Anger management training

  • Counseling and therapeutic groups

In 2013, the Day Report Center served 213 offenders, diverting 7,128 bed days from the jails.
