The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting a Food Service Supervisor, responsible for providing overall direction, leadership and support to the Food Service Team under the direction and guidance of program administration. This includes designing and implementing a healthy, nutritious and appealing menu for our children and staff; providing overall quality assurance of food service operations; overseeing the inventory system; and planning/preparing menus and preparation sheets. Position is also responsible for overseeing food service personnel including recruitment, training and management of food service staff. Qualifications include five to seven years experience in a food service field including supervisory and/or management experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required. Clinical Manager
The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee the delivery of clinical services to the kids and families served by our program. This highly visible senior position is part of the program’s Leadership Team. Responsibilities include the provision of consultation, supervision and clinical direction to our Therapists and other members of our multi-disciplinary service team. Position will ensure the implementation of innovative and intensive therapeutic approaches in accordance with program mission and values as well as quality compliance of all clinical and case management services. Will also work closely with our consulting psychiatrist and staff nurse to provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers, and coordinate on-call clinical support for program staff. Position requires a Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field and a minimum of 5-7 years of supervisory experience within an adolescent treatment setting.
