Crisis Counselor
The Crisis Center of Family Services provides short-term crisis counseling for persons of all ages in Brown County through 24/7 telephone and in person counseling services. We are currently seeking applicants for a full-time Crisis Counselor to join our overnight team working a 2-2-3 rotation. Every other weekend = 3 days off! Qualified candidates will possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or closely related field. Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting a part-time, 30 hour/week, Therapeutic Recreation Specialist to help plan, implement and facilitate independent living skills programming, recreational/leisure activities, and physical exercise programming for children and teens placed in our live-in treatment program. This includes facilitating and coordinating programming that addresses life skills, community reintegration and leisure education. Loan Coordinator – Fox Valley

Provides active leadership, management, and on-going support for the program and its clients. We are seeking an individual that can establish rapport and cultivate relationships with clients, community partners, and management as well as staff of local organizations and the national office. Door County Coordinator (Sexual Assault Center)

Case Manager
Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager for its Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Older Youth Program. Position provides prevention and intervention services to youth needing to complete their education, as well as assistance to youth in gaining the skills necessary to obtain employment. Will work very closely with area providers and several educational institutions. Duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized plans, providing individual and group counseling as well as training in interpersonal and employment skills. Also responsible for monitoring participant’s education, employment, and other day-to-day issues that may cause obstacles for the youth. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, skills in maintaining strong working relationships with area providers, and a minimum of two years case management experience. Background working with clients enrolled in WIA services preferred. Must also have experience working with high-risk people in a culturally competent and professional manner. Case Manager

Transitions serves youth leaving Lincoln Hills; Steps to Success works with adult women transitioning to the community from Taycheedah Correctional. Position is responsible for assisting participants in finding employment and teaching group activities, independent living skills, and employment skills. Duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized plans, release planning, etc. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field, strong working relationships with community resources, a flexible schedule, and experience working with high-risk people in a culturally competent manner.
