Behavior Support Specialists (FT and CPT)
Silvercrest, a group home for adolescent males, is seeking Behavior Support Specialists to provide guidance, supervision, and a positive attitude for boys placed in our home. These are entry level positions with hours including: Saturday 9am-9pm, Sunday 9am-9pm, Thursdays 4pm-10pm, rotating Wednesdays and Fridays from 3pm-10pm, and weekly staff meetings on Wednesdays. Flex schedule option to have certain Saturdays off after completing a six-month probationary period. Duties include transportation of clients to appointments, participating in recreational and group activities, and acting as a good role model for our youth. Case Manager
The Transitional Living Program is seeking applicants for a full-time Case Manager position (40 hours per week) to provide intensive case management to homeless young adults with ongoing substance abuse issues. Duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized plans, providing individual and group counseling, as well as training in interpersonal and basic living skills. Will also be responsible for monitoring participant’s education, employment, treatment plan and place of residence. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, skills in maintaining strong working relationships with landlords and other community agencies, a minimum of two years case management experience, and a background working with clients with substance abuse issues. Sheboygan Mobile Crisis Counselor
The Sheboygan Mobile Crisis program provides short-term crisis counseling for persons of all ages.
