Food Service Worker
The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting part-time Food Service staff to work in our full service kitchen, providing wholesome and nutritious meals for our residents. Hours for this position vary, working 0-19 hours per week and require working a variety of weekday and weekend hours (days and early evenings). Special Education Teacher (LTE)
The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting a 40-hour limited-term Special Education Teacher to assist our teachers and/or provide direct instruction to children in our program. Children range in age from 10 to 17 and are experiencing behavioral and emotional problems. Duties include direct classroom instruction for approximately 10 students, individual instruction and tutoring of students based on individual need, assessment, and educational planning, as well as participation as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. Crisis Counselor (Casual Part-Time)
The Crisis Center of Family Services provides 24/7 phone and in-person crisis counseling services in Brown County and the Sheboygan Mobile Crisis program provides in-person crisis counseling in Sheboygan County. We are currently seeking a part-time crisis counselor who lives in the Manitowoc area to join our team to provide coverage at the Brown County Crisis Center and occasionally on-call mobile crisis counselor coverage in Sheboygan County. Case Manager
The Transitional Living Program is seeking applicants for a full-time Case Manager to provide support and guidance to homeless youth and young adults in the Green Bay area, assisting in their transition from living on the street, in a homeless shelter, or other unsafe/unstable living environment. Must understand the program’s positive youth development model and be able to teach independent living skills through a “hands-on” approach. Duties include assessment, development, and implementation of individual service plans, individual and group counseling, and interpersonal and basic living skills training. Will also monitor client’s education, employment, and place of residence. Must have experience working with diverse populations and AODA. Clinical Supervisor
The Residential Treatment Program is recruiting a Clinical Supervisor to provide the day-to-day support and guidance in the planning, development, execution and on-going evaluation of clinical services. This position reports directly to the Clinical Director. The Clinical Supervisor is a highly visible supervisory position and part of the program multi-disciplinary Leadership Team. Responsibilities include direct supervision of program Therapists, Care Coordinators and Nurse Consultant as well as the provision of administrative and quality assurance components pertaining to clinical services. These include timeliness and accuracy of documentation and monitoring of the therapeutic experience of clients from admission to discharge. Will also provide direct services and maintain a limited caseload, which may include clinical assessments and therapy within the scope of licensure and professional expertise. This position will manage our clinical on-call system as well as fulfilling on-call duties on a rotating basis.
