Mark Kasper named Philanthropist of the Year

November 21, 2019

Family Services’ Board Member and Amerhart President & CEO, Mark Kasper, recognized by the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.

Green Bay, WI — A philanthropist is defined as someone who “seeks to promote the welfare of others, especially by the generous donation of money to good causes.”

Family Services’ Board Member, Mark Kasper, certainly fits this definition. As the President and CEO of Amerhart, Ltd., Mark has long shared his dedication and support with a number of outstanding organizations throughout the Greater Green Bay area and communities across Northeast Wisconsin.

Along with the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation, Family Services was proud to nominate Mark for 2019 Philanthropist of the Year. This award is given annually by the Northeast Wisconsin Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP).

“Mark has a quiet, steadfast personality,” said Cara Gosse, Family Services’ Vice President of Communications and Development. “He is fiercly loyal. He treats his Amerhart employees, and the Family Services staff and clients, like extensions of his own family.”

Family Services would like to congratulate Mark on being recognized as Philanthropist of the Year at National Philanthropy Day on Friday, November 15, 2019. He is truly deserving of this recognition.
