Community Presentations
One of the many services Parent Connection offers is a series of community presentations, held at a variety of local businesses, schools, community agencies, child care facilities, and more. Topics range from family relationships and dynamics to child development and effective discipline. Our staff works one-on-one with clients to plan practical and useful programs, customized to meet each client’s needs.
Our programs provide participants with an opportunity to learn, discuss, and practice effective parenting skills through a variety of activities. Speakers offer practical tips on child development, parent/child and family relationships, positive behavior management, and more. They also facilitate group discussion and encourage peer support among participants. Since personal factors can sometimes effect an employee’s performance on the job, helping your staff feel more fulfilled in their roles at home may lead to happier, more productive employees.
