2016 Butterfly Festival Raises $77,508 for Child Abuse Prevention

1,600 guests joined us for the 8th annual Butterfly Festival on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at City Park in Appleton. Parents and their young children participated in games and family fun activities throughout the morning such as a scavenger hunt, face painting, tie-dye butterflies, relay races, inflatable bouncers, and much more. The highlight of the event was a group butterfly release of over 1,000 butterflies, representing Parent Connection’s dedication to "Helping Families Fly."

With the generous support of our guests, sponsors and other contributors, the 2016 Butterfly Festival raised proceeds of $77,508 for child abuse prevention services in the Fox Valley area. Thanks to all for your support!

All proceeds of the Butterfly Festival benefit Parent Connection, a parent education and early learning program serving the Fox Valley. Click here to see more about how Parent Connection is making a difference.
