Conscious Parenting & Defining Dads

(Programs for parents in the Green Bay area, brought to you by Healthy Families)

Healthy Families offers programs designed specifically for new and expectant fathers in the Green Bay area. All programs are taught by experienced dads with offerings such as:

  • Conscious Parenting

  • Conscious Parenting is a free, 1-1/2 hour class for new and expectant fathers (moms are welcome, too) to discuss and practice the skills needed to nurture and care for your baby. Based on the Conscious Fathering™ curriculum, the program provides hands-on training in a comfortable setting using life-size dolls. Participants learn how to handle, feed, burp, change, clean and calm their newborn infant. Discussion also includes what to expect in upcoming months.

  • Dates: 2nd Tuesday of each month, 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Location: Healthy Families, 1822 Riverside Dr, Green Bay

Registration: Call Terry or Kathleen at 920-436-4416 ext. 110

  • Defining Dads

  • Dads can have challenges as they figure out their parental roles. Defining Dads provides a safe place for you to talk with other dads, listen and learn about what it takes to be the best dad you can be. Bring your children along for playtime with other kids.

  • Dates: 3rd Wednesday of each month, 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Location: Healthy Families, 1822 Riverside Dr, Green Bay

Registration: This is a drop-in group. No registration is required.
