Early Childhood Development Programs
The following Family Services programs are focused primarily on the social, emotional and physical development of young children to help ensure their future success. Our staff work with both the children and their parents to ensure that children are growing up in a safe, stable and nurturing environment.

Early Head Start: Provides home visitation and socialization opportunities for low-income families with children, ages birth to 3, in Brown County. Services are designed optimize the child's development and help parents meet the challenges of parenting. (Brown County)
Families First: Works with Brown County Human Services to provide prevention and intervention services in an effort to reunite and preserve families. (Brown County)

Healthy Families: A voluntary, home visitation program offering intensive support to at-risk families and their children from birth to age 5, in an effort to prevent child abuse and optimize child development. (Brown County, Door County)
Parent Connection: An early learning, home visitation program for first-time parents focusing on child development, health issues, family support and educational opportunities. Any family residing in the service area can participate. (Outagamie County, Winnebago County and parts of Calumet County)
Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services. (Northeast Wisconsin)
Prenatal Care Coordination: Helps pregnant teens and their families gain access to medical, social, and educational services related to their pregnancy. Includes care plan development, ongoing care coordination and monitoring, and health education and nutrition counseling as needed. (Greater Green Bay)
Supervised Visitation & Exchange Program: Provides visitation and exchange services between divorced or separated parents. Staff help to ensure a safe and secure setting for the child, free from parental violence or conflict. (Winnebago County)
