Early Childhood Development
Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services.
At-Risk Youth Programs
Residential Treatment: Provides intensive counseling and case management services to youth who are unable to remain in their homes or other community-based settings due to extreme behavioral problems. Located in Green Bay, WI.
