Early Childhood Development
Post-Adoption Resource Center: Provides support, education/resources, and information/referral services to individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by adoption. Birth parents, adoptees, adoptive parents, and adoption professionals are all welcome to access PARC services.
Counseling/Treatment Services

The Counseling Clinic: Provides comprehensive counseling services for individuals of any age, families, and/or groups on a variety of relationship and mental health issues. Clinic office is located in downtown Green Bay.
AODA Counseling: Provides counseling and treatment to individuals who are struggling with alcohol and drug addiction.
Children's Therapy: Provides outpatient counseling services with therapists trained specifically in children's issues.
Sexual Abuse Treatment: Provides outpatient counseling services to sexual abuse victims and their families to move forward in the healing process.
At-Risk Youth Programs
Residential Treatment: Provides intensive counseling and case management services to youth who are unable to remain in their homes or other community-based settings due to extreme behavioral problems.
WIA Older Youth Program: An intervention program for at-risk youth, ages 19-21, designed to improve the skills of our local workforce.
Crisis Services
Open Door Youth Services: Provides free, 24-hour counseling and intervention services for all youth in crisis, including runaway issues, suicide prevention, and more.
Self-Sufficiency Programs
Steps to Success: A voluntary program designed to assist inmates and parolees of the Taycheedah Correctional Institution in making a successful transition to life outside of prison.
