Experience:

Over 10 years of case management experience working with individuals and families with developmental and physical disabilities. Five years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups in a variety of settings.

 

Specialties:

Relationships, alcohol and drug abuse assessments and counseling, abuse (sexual, physical, emotional), infertility, eating disorders, grief/loss, older adults/aging, caregiver issues, terminal illness and chronic pain, domestic violence, anger management, parenting skills education, depression, anxiety, brief/solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, family systems strength-based counseling.

 

Shannon is also a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and the American Counseling Association (ACA).
