15 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings to promote healing and wellness, reconcile emotional conflict, and enhance personal growth and functioning. Utilizes a multimodal approach including a holistic perspective and creative arts expression to support those challenged by behavioral and emotional struggles, life transitions and life stresses. Specialty areas include abuse, grief and loss, self-esteem, body image and relationship issues, adjustment, anxiety and stress, depression, parenting, and parent/child conflict.
