Five years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups in outpatient and in-home settings. Also a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA).

Depression, anxiety, grief/loss, aging issues, older adult issues, caregiver issues, anger management, stress management, heterosexual and same sex relationships, adjustment disorders, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and strength based therapy.
