Over seven years of experience providing mental health and substance abuse therapy with individuals (ages 8 and up), families and groups in outpatient, day treatment and inpatient settings.

Depression and Anxiety issues, Grief/Loss, Anger/Stress Management, Relationship and Family Issues, Behavioral Disorders, Substance Abuse issues, Problem gambling issues, Education and Occupational issues, At-Risk Adolescents, Personality Disorders, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rationale Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, and Mental Health and Substance Abuse Groups.

 

Philosophy:

"The goal of therapy is to create a partnership between therapist and client to look at how the power of one's thoughts, behaviors, and choices can change a person's overall emotions, behaviors, and outlook on life. I believe therapy needs to look at the seriousness of issues while still using compassion, humor and a lighthearted approach at times to provide the most comfortable setting possible to meet the goals and needs of each individual that comes through my door."
