"The goal of therapy is to create a partnership between therapist and client to look at how the power of one's thoughts, behaviors, and choices can change a person's overall emotions, behaviors, and outlook on life. I believe therapy needs to look at the seriousness of issues while still using compassion, humor and a lighthearted approach at times to provide the most comfortable setting possible to meet the goals and needs of each individual that comes through my door."
