Has five years of experience working with children, at-risk youth, adults, and families, both individually and in groups, in a variety of treatment settings: crisis, outpatient, in-home, school, and forensics.
Lauren works with clients, ages nine to adult, providing treatment related to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, suicidal ideation, interpersonal relationship concerns, parent/child conflict, and other life stressors. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring it to meet the needs and goals of each individual client. She often incorporates strengths-based, solution-focused, relaxation, client-centered, and cognitive-behavioral techniques into her work.
