Youth Opportunities

Serves Door, Menominee and Shawano Counties

Youth Opportunities is an early intervention program that assists at-risk youth in identifying and removing barriers to high school graduation. The program provides intensive, home-based outreach, case management, and service coordination for youth and their families. Youth in the program receive services for 1-5 years after enrollment.

Service plans are individualized according to youth and family needs and may include:

     -  Educational advocacy, homework assistance

     -  Employability skills development, job search

     -  Career exploration and planning

     -  Leadership development

     -  Mentoring

Admission Criteria:

Youth ages 14 - 18 living in Door, Menominee, or Shawano Counties may be eligible for services through the Youth Opportunities program.

Funding Source:

Youth Opportunities is funded by the Bay Area Workforce Development Board. No fee is required to participate.
