Internship Opportunities

Crisis Center

The Crisis Center has a limited number of internships available for students who are going to school for their masters degree in Social Work. For more information, please contact Tana Koss at 920-436-4360 ext. 1252 or tkoss@familyservicesnew.org.

Sexual Assault Center

The Sexual Assault Center provides internship opportunities to students enrolled in human services programs.  Intern duties would include:

     -  Answering the 24-hour crisis line

     -  Providing information and referrals to clients/callers

     -  Legal and medical advocacy

     -  Other duties as needed

Students will increase their knowledge of community resources, increase their understanding of the effects of sexual violence on victims as well as the community. For more information, contact Lynn Nash at 920-436-4360 ext. 1316 or lnash@familyservicesnew.org.

Internship opportunities within other Family Services programs are also posted at local college and university campuses as they become available.
