Bilingual Family Support Worker (English/Spanish)

The Healthy Families program is seeking applicants for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Support Worker to provide home visitation services. Position is 30 hours per week. Must be able to work flexible hours. Minimum qualifications include parenting experience, maturity and experience in successfully working with infants/young children and their families, knowledge of community resources, a non- judgmental attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Independent Living Skills Trainer/Transitional Housing Case Manager

The Transitional Living Program is seeking applicants for a full-time Independent Living Skills Trainer/ Transitional Housing Case Manager to work with current and past foster care youth as well as individuals and families who are homeless. Duties include presentations; case management; assessments; development and implementation of individualized plans; providing individual and group sessions; and training for interpersonal and basic living skills. Other responsibilities include working directly with the county, and monitoring youth’s education, employment and place of residence. Qualifications include a minimum of one year experience with case management and presenting group activities. Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred. Behavior Management Specialist (FT/CPT) - SOAR Program

Family Services is recruiting both full-time and casual part-time Behavior Management Specialists for the SOAR Program, a specialized foster home located in Neenah. The SOAR Program is the home for three adolescent males who are being transitioned to the community from residential treatment centers. The foster home requires 24/7 staff coverage to provide intensive supervision and behavioral programming both within the foster home and while in the community. The full-time opportunity is for overnight coverage, responsible for providing supervision and completing administrative duties. Position is a set schedule and includes an excellent benefits package. The casual part-time positions involve working a variety of shifts, particularly evenings, weekends and overnights, as well as being on-call; benefits package not included.
